Agency Service Agreement

This Agreement is between Heidi's Helpers, Inc. (also known as Verified Nannies and Premier Nannies Florida — the "Agency") and the Client. It defines both parties' obligations regarding the hiring of any domestic professional introduced by the Agency.
1. Fees, Deposit & Warranty

A $500 deposit (Zelle or Venmo to 954-531-6760) is required to begin the search and is credited toward your final Agency Fee. All fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full before the domestic begins work.
2. Process & Interviews
All first interviews are conducted via Zoom, scheduled through the Agency. No candidate may begin work or attend an in-person trial until all Agency Fees are paid in full.
3. 30-Day Satisfaction Trial
Once payment is complete and the placement begins, the Client receives a 30-Day Satisfaction Trial. If the job description remains unchanged, replacements may be requested per the selected warranty.
4. Background Checks
Nationwide criminal conviction checks are conducted by an independent FCRA-compliant investigative firm. References are personally verified.
5. Replacement Warranty
Replacements are honored when (a) the Agency Fee has been paid in full, (b) the request is within the warranty period, (c) the job description has not changed, (d) the reason is performance-related, and (e) the Agency is notified in writing within the warranty window.
6. Job Description & Voiding
The Client must submit a written job description. Any change to the job description without written Agency approval — or termination based on personal preference rather than performance — voids the replacement warranty.
7. Account Freeze
If the Client hires a domestic worker from friends or family during the warranty period, the account is frozen and unused warranty time resumes when the Client returns to the Agency.
8. Payment Terms
If the Agency Fee is not received on or before the first day of employment, the fee automatically increases to the equivalent of three (3) weeks of the candidate's salary, and collection actions may begin.
9. Privacy & Indemnification
All domestic workers' information is protected under federal HIPAA privacy laws. The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Heidi's Helpers, Inc., its agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the domestic worker's actions while employed by the Client.
10. Client Responsibility
The Client is solely responsible for the final hiring decision, ongoing supervision, and compliance with applicable employment laws.
11. Electronic Signature
By typing your full legal name and submitting this form, your electronic signature is legally binding under the U.S. ESIGN Act (2000).
